Hey Nneka! First of all, thank you so much for recommending this movie. I watched it! It left me speechless for about 30min. It's so beautiful. I too cried as much as I laughed. If I have to pick 3 things... 1. I loved the world we get introduced to, I felt inspired. Something about the idea of how many different ways life can play out. 2. The monologue on choosing to fight with love and kindness... man. 3. Towards the end, I saw so much of myself in Joy, way more than I'd like to admit, the idea of running away from the very thing you're looking for... I thought "When did this turn into therapy?". honestly I loved everything about the movie.
When you have time could you share some of you all time movie favourites? I'd love to watch.
